As someone who tries to implement a commitment to the environment and local community in my personal & family
life, I thought it was time to try and implement this commitment in my business. When I planned my own wedding a few
years ago, I incorporated bamboo flatware, recycled glass, potted plants and seasonal fare. I used hand made sarong's
in place of table linens which I later gave to my guests to take home, wash and wear to the beach. I also used
delicious cranberry wine from a local vineyard.
